Subsea operates at the privately owned harbour fronting yard, near Mombasa Town. The base provides a facility unequalled on the East Coast of Africa and includes open and covered storage space, office space and facilities, crawler cranes up to 150 tonnes capacity, a marine engineering workshop, a 24-hour operations centre and the ability to launch boats and operate divers at any time of the day or night.
